Full-Stack Developer - FT Freelance - Americas/Europe

What We're Looking For

We need to onboard 10 high-performing Full Stack Web Engineers as quickly as possible. These are not "warm bodies" — we want strong engineers who can contribute meaningfully from week one.

Technical Requirements

• Expert knowledge of React — production experience required
• Expert knowledge of an MVC backend framework
• Solid web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Full stack capability — comfortable writing frontend, API, and backend code • Makes correct engineering tradeoffs; can own features end-to-end without hand-holding • Strong written English — async-first, fully remote team
  Bonus (in order of preference): Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes

• Automated technical screen
• 2–3 live technical interviews with engineers on our team
