Full-Stack Developer for Fintech Web App LATAM-FT

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building "Wealth Rewards", a fintech web app designed to transform credit card rewards into various investment options, including crypto, retirement, and insurance products. Your primary goal will be to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) swiftly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a user authentication system to secure user access.
• Build a robust wallet system for balance and transaction tracking, ensuring security and reliability.
• Design and implement investment routing flows to facilitate seamless conversion of rewards into investments.
• Create an admin dashboard for monitoring and managing app functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver the MVP within a 2–4 week timeframe.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with React/Next.js and Node.js for building dynamic web applications.
• Proven expertise in integrating payment systems, with Stripe experience being essential.
• Familiarity with financial APIs, with a preference for experience with Plaid, Coinbase, or similar platforms.
• Ability to design and implement secure wallet and transaction systems.
• Demonstrated capability to launch MVPs quickly, avoiding overengineering.

Nice to Have

• Recent experience in shipping real products in the fintech or payments domain.
• Ability to work within LATAM or EST time zones for optimal collaboration.
