Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to personally develop Zeriss, a B2B SaaS product tailored for compliance teams. This is a unique opportunity to build a workflow-heavy internal SaaS product where reliability, security, clarity, and clean execution are paramount. Your work will empower teams to efficiently manage compliance processes through structured information requests, ownership assignment, response collection, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust B2B SaaS product focusing on workflow management for compliance teams.
• Implement features that enable sending structured information requests, assigning ownership, and collecting responses with supporting files.
• Track request status and automate reminders and escalations.
• Centralize and store submitted information for future reuse.
• Ensure the product is secure, reliable, and performs well under various conditions.
• Maintain clear communication and take personal ownership of the development process.

Required Skills

• Proven full-stack SaaS development experience.
• Proficiency in React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Expertise in Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases.
• Knowledge of secure file upload and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with email-driven workflows, notifications, or magic-link style flows.
• Ability to build a lean Version 1 product without overengineering.
