About the Role

We are building ERP and financial systems designed to make businesses more efficient by automating, simplifying, and streamlining workflows. Our focus is on accounting, financial reporting, transaction management, and real-time insights.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who has experience in ERP, accounting, or financial applications. This is a founding technical role, so we need someone self-driven, organized, and motivated to take ownership of system architecture and development. You will play a key role in shaping how our software is designed, developed, and scaled.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of financial and ERP systems
• Build scalable, secure APIs to handle financial transactions, accounting data, and reports
• Design and optimize database schemas for structured financial data
• Implement authentication, authorization, and user roles
• Develop financial logic such as accounting workflows, cash flow tracking, and reporting
• Build responsive and interactive UI dashboards
• Optimize performance, security, and database efficiency
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for high-availability systems
• Work closely with the founder to define system architecture and product roadmap

Skills & Experience Required:

• 4-7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong backend development skills in Python (Django or FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)
• Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks
• Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL (SQL-based databases)
• REST API & GraphQL development experience
• Authentication & Security (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps best practices
• Experience working with financial transactions, accounting workflows, or ERP systems
