Full Stack Developer (C#, Javascript, SQL) - Full-time - Philipines

C3 Data is a US-based SaaS company headquartered in Indianapolis, serving aerospace parts manufacturers with compliance software for furnace calibration and heat treatment processes. Their platform helps heat treaters and pyrometry labs comply with industry standards such as Nadcap and AMS2750 through a mobile app and web portal. It's a small, high-impact team building critical infrastructure for a highly regulated industry.

About the Role

You'll be joining a lean engineering team (led by a Philippines-based Lead Developer) and working across the full stack - from database scripts to frontend UI - on a live, production SaaS product. This is a contract role with genuine long-term potential for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the full stack — frontend, backend, and database
• Work on a mobile app (built with Cordova/JavaScript, deployed to iOS and Android) and a web portal
• Write and maintain SQL database scripts and manage data solutions
• Collaborate asynchronously with a small, distributed team
• Jump between tasks fluidly - on any given day this could mean CSS, JavaScript, or database work

Required Skills

• Strong JavaScript (primary language across the stack)
• C# or VB.NET (C# preferred)
• SQL — any flavour (T-SQL/SQL Server experience is what the team uses, but general SQL competency is the requirement)
• Full-stack capability — comfortable on both frontend and backend

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cordova or hybrid mobile development
• Familiarity with iOS (Objective-C) or Android (Java) native layers
• Experience working in or alongside regulated industries (aerospace, manufacturing, medical)
