About the Role

We are seeking Full-Stack Developers with a passion for blockchain technology and expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi) to lead the development of our flagship product. You will work on building wallet technology, implementing sequencers, and developing DeFi protocols, all while integrating applied machine learning into the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development:

• Design and implement sequencers for efficient blockchain transaction processing.
• Develop secure and scalable DeFi protocols.
• Build next-generation wallet technologies with seamless user experiences.

Machine Learning Integration: Incorporate applied machine learning to enhance platform capabilities and decision-making.

End-to-End Product Development:

• Architect and develop features including wallet-to-IBAN conversion, real-time profit streaming, and tokenization of assets.
• Design mechanisms for stablecoin transactions and risk-scored debt issuance.

Collaboration and Scalability:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high security, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain strong documentation and adhere to agile development practices.

Required Skills

Blockchain Expertise:

• Advanced experience with blockchain frameworks, DeFi protocols, and wallet integrations.
• Strong proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity) and gas-efficient coding.

Full-Stack Development: Expertise in Node.js, React, and back-end logic for blockchain applications.

Security Awareness: Deep knowledge of security protocols and mitigation strategies in DeFi.

Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in Rust, Solidity, and Web3.js, with experience in cross-chain interoperability.

Applied Machine Learning: Familiarity with integrating machine learning algorithms within financial technology products.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with IBAN integrations, account abstraction, and stablecoin mechanics.
• Knowledge of tokenization frameworks and asset-backed DeFi solutions.
• Multilingual skills, especially in Mandarin or Cantonese.
