We’re three seasoned founders with a track record of building and scaling companies (from a $200M exit to growing Careem to unicorn). We’re now exploring breakthrough ideas at the intersection of AI × Emotional Intelligence × Mental Health, and we need a hacker-minded builder who can turn concepts into testable products—fast.
The Role
You’ll lead 48–72 hour prototyping cycles to validate ideas with real users. You’re equal parts full-stack dev and no-code tinkerer, comfortable shipping scrappy versions that are good enough to learn from—without creating long-term tech debt. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, using user insights to ideate, build, test, and iterate.
What You’ll Do
- Rapid Prototyping (48–72h sprints): Turn ideas into working prototypes across web/mobile surfaces.
- Full-Stack Building: Implement features end-to-end in Python and JavaScript (plus lightweight infra).
- AI Integration: Use prompt engineering, LangChain, and modern LLM tooling; familiarity with chain-of-thought reasoning concepts.
- No-Code & AI Dev Tools: Leverage tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit (and, when helpful, Retool/Bubble/Glide) to move fast.
- Experiment Design: Help define the leanest path to test a hypothesis; instrument basic analytics and feedback loops.
- Demo & Ship: Present tangible progress frequently; graduate validated prototypes to the production team.
You Have
- 2–4 years in startups or equivalent hacker projects; demonstrable rapid-ship portfolio (side projects welcome).
- Strong full-stack skills with Python and JavaScript (bonus: React/Next.js, simple mobile via React Native/Flutter).
- Hands-on with LLMs: prompt engineering, LangChain, API orchestration; comfort evaluating model tradeoffs.
- Fluency with AI-accelerated coding tools (show us how you 3× your output).
- Comfort with no-code/low-code where it speeds learning.
- Product sense: bias to action, crisp scoping, and clear communication.
- Awareness of privacy/ethics in mental-health contexts (data handling, consent, user trust).
Nice to Have
- Experience designing quick experiments (A/Bs, structured user tests) and reading the results.
- Light UX/UI skills or experience collaborating with design AI tools.
- Familiarity with simple data pipelines/analytics (e.g., PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel).
How We Work
- Tempo: User Insights → Ideation → Rapid Prototype → Design Experiment → User Testing (repeat).
- Focus: Build lean systems that learn fast; avoid unnecessary complexity and tech debt.
- Handover: A separate team hardens successful prototypes into production MVPs.
Contract
- Contract: 3 months, full-time (40 hrs/week) with potential to extend.
