Full-stack Developer (AI/Docker/Virtualization) - FT Freelance - Americas

We're looking for a skilled AI Systems Engineer to help us build and manage training environments for our cutting-edge AI applications. Your primary focus will be on the intersection of AI development and infrastructure, using your full-stack knowledge to create the essential environments needed for our AI to learn. We need someone with a strong background in AI projects, who is also comfortable working with foundational tools like Docker and virtual machines.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI training environments using Docker containers and virtual machines.
• Develop full-stack solutions to support the creation and management of these environments.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the seamless integration of AI models and their training pipelines.
• Implement and manage LLM-based applications, including developing computer-use agents.
• Optimize and troubleshoot environments to ensure high performance and efficiency for AI training.
• Work with cloud services to deploy and scale training environments.

Required Skills

• Full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on building AI-enabled applications.
• Proven experience building with LLMs on a prior project.
• Strong programming skills and a foundational understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in deploying and managing Docker containers and virtual machines.
• Knowledge of machine learning or reinforcement learning concepts.
• Native users of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or others.

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer use agents or other agentic systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and orchestration of containers.
• Experience with virtual desktops or similar technologies.
• High-level knowledge of reinforcement learning.
