Join us in building the next-generation research intelligence platform for financial organisations, where users can seamlessly upload, process, and chat with their documents using cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time AI features.

Tech Stack You'll Work With

We’re using a modern, high-performance frontend stack built with React 18, TypeScript (strict mode), and Vite for fast development and builds. Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui (built on Radix UI) power our accessible, component-based design system with full code ownership. TanStack Query handles server state, while React Context manages client-side auth. We prioritize code quality with ESLint, Prettier, and testing suites like Jest and React Testing Library, and support real-time features with WebSockets and a scalable architecture.

What You'll Be Building

You’ll build a unified, AI-powered workspace where users can upload, organize, and interact with documents in real time using natural language chat and semantic search. Your work will power features like document summarization, insight extraction, real-time collaboration, and responsive UI design—all built with modern tools and scalable architecture. This is a high-impact role shaping the user experience of an intelligent document platform from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and design systems
• Hands-on experience with state management (TanStack Query, Context, custom solutions)
• Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, handling file uploads, and working with WebSockets
• Familiarity with design systems (shadcn/ui or similar)
• Passion for clean code and performance-focused development

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with chat interfaces, AI integrations, or RAG workflows
• MCP Server integration
• Comfort with authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)
• Understanding of web performance optimizations
• Experience in unit testing (Jest), E2E testing, CI/CD, and Docker
