About Us

As a boutique agency led by Sophia Ellis, we pride ourselves on merging strategy, design, and technology to deliver exceptional results. We're currently expanding our team to bring in a dedicated Front-End Developer who can bridge the gap between clean design and seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled front-end developer with strong React.js experience and a sharp eye for design implementation. You’ll collaborate with our back-end team and designers to deliver elegant, responsive, and user-focused interfaces for demanding clients.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of great UX/UI, and takes pride in translating high-fidelity designs into performant web experiences.

- Develop and maintain scalable and responsive components using React.js (flexible on framework if needed)
- Integrate with back-end APIs and collaborate with our internal backend team
- Work closely with in-house animators to implement smooth and dynamic UI elements
- Communicate progress and blockers proactively with the team
- Contribute to an initial revamp of themilkbar.co as your first major project
Requirements
- Proven experience with React.js or modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, Svelte, etc.)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, CSS/SCSS, and component-based architecture
- Ability to translate design into functional, performant code
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
- Some back-end familiarity is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with a remote team across time zones
- Europe-based preferred, or with strong time zone overlap with EU/US hours
- Portfolio or examples of previous front-end work required
Bonus Skills
- Experience working on high-end client websites or luxury/creative brands
- Animation experience (GSAP, Lottie, CSS animation)
- Familiarity with version control (Git), headless CMS platforms, or static site generators
