Front-End Developer — Startup Launch (HTML/CSS, Stripe Integration, GTM Injection)

Role Overview

Join our pre-launch luxury hotel booking startup as a Front-End Developer to execute a high-pressure, fast-execution sprint. Your primary goal is to integrate pre-designed HTML mockups with our backend and payment systems to support our membership flow launch.

Responsibilities

• Convert HTML mockups provided by the founder into production-ready code.
• Seamlessly integrate the front-end with FastAPI backend endpoints developed by our engineer.
• Implement Stripe Checkout for membership subscriptions.
• Utilize Google Tag Manager to inject custom CSS/JS into Nuitee's white-label booking platform.
• Coordinate with the backend engineer asynchronously, accommodating time zone differences.
• Ensure the application is mobile-responsive and test it on Chrome and Safari browsers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript (without reliance on frameworks).
• Experience with Stripe Checkout integration.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for script injection and CSS overrides.
• Experience in REST API integration.
• Capability to work with custom backends (FastAPI) and white-label platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Nuitee, Lite API, or similar travel booking platforms.
• Familiarity with Vue.js, as Nuitee's platform is Vue-based.
• Experience collaborating with offshore engineers across different time zones.
