Front-End Developer (React/JS) - FT Freelance - LATAM

Role Overview

We are looking to expand our team by adding two skilled developers. One will specialize in React front-end development, and the other will be a generalist with strong skills in React and JavaScript. Our aim is to enhance our development capabilities and drive our projects forward with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement user-friendly web applications.
• For the React front-end specialist: Focus on building and optimizing the user interface using React.
• For the JavaScript generalist: Work across the stack, primarily using React and JavaScript to support various development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our applications.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in React development for front-end specialization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for both roles.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end build tools and modern development workflows.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Knowledge of additional JavaScript libraries or frameworks is a plus.
