Freelance Designer - LATAM

Role Overview

Join our innovative digital startup as a Freelance Product Designer. We are seeking a talented individual from the LATAM region to collaborate with our dynamic team. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital product on iOS, Android, and Web, working closely with developers and other team members to create user-friendly and impactful designs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and refine digital products.
• Develop design concepts and prototypes that align with project goals and user needs.
• Communicate effectively with bilingual developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Provide creative solutions and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure the final design outputs meet the high-quality standards of our startup.
• Improve our existing design system and Figma file organization

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Canva experience a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital product design as well as graphic design.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a startup environment (small team, ability to adapt to changes).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean design principles.
• Love of sports (our platform serves minor league sports teams).
