Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fractional Scrum Master to support our dynamic cross-functional team, comprising engineers, a growth associate, and founding members. You will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, eliminating obstacles, and coaching the team on Scrum best practices to ensure efficient sprint execution and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and organize the Trello board, utilizing color-coded dependency tracking for clarity.
• Monitor delivery across engineering and business pipelines to enhance flow and predictability.
• Collaborate with founders to align team priorities with overarching business goals.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
• Promote Agile principles in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.

Required Skills

• Genuine expertise in Scrum practices beyond pure engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively with a small, distributed team.
• Proficiency in conducting all ceremonies in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.
