As we approach our first funding round, we are looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a bold and transformative journey, shaping a product's technical and strategic direction that could redefine an entire sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable technology roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
• Product Development: Oversee the architecture, design, and development of our core platform to ensure its reliability, security, and scalability.
• Team Hiring and Leadership: Help recruit and steer the efforts of a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the founding team to align technical capabilities with product vision and market strategy.
• Fundraising Support: Provide technical expertise in investor discussions and assist with due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in senior technology positions, concentrating on startups or rapidly growing companies.
• Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, AWS, or Azure).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: The capacity to navigate uncertainty and develop strong systems from the ground up.
• Collaborative Spirit: Outstanding communication abilities for effective cross-functional teamwork and engagement with founders and investors.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
