Join Moor, a rapidly expanding yacht-crew employment platform that has attracted over 600 users in just two weeks. As we transition from our MVP to full-scale operations, we are seeking a Senior Technical Leader to spearhead our architecture, scaling efforts, integrations, and provide strategic development direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and scaling of our platform to accommodate rapid growth.
- Oversee and guide the integration of new technologies and third-party services to enhance platform capabilities.
- Set the strategic direction for development, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from MVP to a scalable solution.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain platform stability and performance.

- Strong expertise in designing scalable architectures for digital platforms.
