Company Overview

Client is an event invitation platform that aims to transform its user growth strategy and expand its reach in the Saudi Arabia region. We are seeking a data-driven Fractional CMO to help shift toward a more structured, paid marketing approach.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join as a marketing strategy consultant. This is a part-time, advisory role, with the potential for extension based on performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, deep marketing expertise, and the ability to drive user acquisition and growth in the Saudi Arabia markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand Mazoom’s user/ client base.
  • Identify and prioritize key marketing channels, with a focus on Instagram, and expand to potentially TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Advise on the implementation of paid marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs and provide budget allocation recommendations.
  • Recommend AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and performance.
  • Provide hiring guidance for future marketing roles and team structure.
  • Evaluate current data collection processes in HubSpot and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader, preferably with expertise in digital marketing and user growth strategies.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of customer acquisition metrics and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/data tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience working with companies growing B2B SaaS products.
