The Role

As our first full-time designer, you will be a pivotal member of our product team, responsible for designing and shaping the user experience of our flagship SaaS products from the ground up. This is a founding-level role where you'll have the autonomy to define our design system, establish our visual language, and solve complex user problems with elegant, intuitive solutions. You will work directly with co-founders and the engineering team to bring our products from a 0 to 1 stage, creating a massive impact on thousands of businesses and their revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Design & Strategy: Take ownership of the entire design process, from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation. You'll define our design strategy and ensure it aligns
with our mission to empower entrepreneurs through AI.
• 0-to-1 Product Development: Design and launch new SaaS features and products from scratch, translating complex user needs into simple, delightful user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly and collaboratively with co-founders, product managers, and the engineering team, serving as the voice of the user throughout the development lifecycle.
• User Research & Feedback: Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights, validate design decisions, and continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback.
• Implementation Support: Partner with the engineering team to ensure a seamless implementation of your designs, providing clear specifications and support throughout the development process.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience designing and shipping SaaS products, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 0-to-1 Mindset: Proven track record of taking products from a "0 to 1" stage, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a comfort with ambiguity.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) is a must. Hands-on experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS, React) is a bonus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-Forward Mindset: A genuine passion for AI and an interest in how it can be used to solve business problems and create a better user experience.
