Founding Full Stack Developer

Floe Labs is building the first P2P, AI-native DeFi lending protocol, where borrowers, lenders, and AI agents transact on their own terms across chains, assets, and conditions.

🧠 What You’ll Do

We're looking for a missionary not a mercenary. As the Founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll shape, build and iterate on Floe’s core product architecture and technical culture. You’ll work directly with the founding team to ship high-impact features, from smart contracts to AI-powered flows.

Responsibilities

-Own architecture and implementation across the full stack: Next.js + TypeScript frontend, Python (FastAPI/CrewAI) backend, Solidity smart contracts, and GCP infrastructure.

-Build and iterate on user experiences for borrowers, lenders, and agent integrations.

-Collaborate on smart contract design, audits, and deployment pipelines.

-Integrate AI agents (CrewAI / LangChain) to automate flows.

-Optimize on-chain/off-chain data pipelines and backend efficiency.

-Set up CI/CD, observability, and security best practices for early-stage scale.
