Experienced Web Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to enhance our existing real estate website by upgrading its frontend from React.js to Next.js. This transition aims to improve performance, SEO, and scalability while also refreshing the UI with Tailwind CSS for a sleek, modern appearance.

Responsibilities

• Migrate the current React.js codebase to the Next.js framework, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) features to enhance performance and SEO.
• Redesign the website UI using Tailwind CSS, focusing on creating a clean, modern, and responsive design.
• Maintain all existing functionalities, ensuring no loss of features during the upgrade.
• Optimize the website for speed, SEO, and a superior user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of frontend development best practices.
• Demonstrated portfolio of similar website upgrades or projects utilizing Next.js.
• Knowledge of SEO optimization techniques specific to Next.js.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
