Experienced Full-Stack Developer / Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer / Automation Engineer to create an innovative AI-powered lead generation platform tailored for a political campaign. This platform will leverage advanced technologies to enhance voter engagement and streamline data collection while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a system to monitor Instagram post comments and accurately classify sentiment into positive, neutral, or negative categories.
• Implement an automated response system to engage with positive comments by inviting users to initiate a direct message (DM) conversation.
• Design and execute a structured DM workflow that efficiently collects user information, including name, city, and state.
• Provide personalized WhatsApp group links to users based on their regional information.
• Ensure all collected lead data, such as origin post, comment content, user details, consent timestamp, and LGPD deletion tracking, is securely stored in a scalable database.
• Ensure full compliance with Meta's API rules and adhere to Brazilian electoral law and LGPD requirements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using the Meta/Instagram API for data extraction and interaction.
• Expertise in bot development integrated with AI sentiment analysis capabilities.
• Strong skills in database design for multi-client scalability and secure data handling.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as RD Station.
• Familiarity with political campaign dynamics and regulatory compliance.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working on political campaigns, providing insight into campaign strategies and voter engagement.
