About the Role
We are hiring a reliable, organized Executive Assistant to support one of our co-founders with daily scheduling, inbox management, communication follow-ups, and workflow automation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort working closely with a busy founder.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the co-founder’s calendar and scheduling.
- Organize inbox, flag important emails, and follow up on pending items.
- Create simple automations (Slack, email, scheduling) to improve workflow.
- Prepare brief summaries or follow-up emails when needed.
- Coordinate across time zones and adjust during the co-founder’s travel.
- Keep the co-founder on track—proactive reminders, gentle nudging, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time in MT or PT hours.
- Previous EA or virtual assistant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy; experience with automation tools (Zapier, Slack workflows, etc.).
- Patient, proactive, and comfortable prompting an executive for decisions.
- Based in Latin America preferred for time-zone alignment.
- Experience with SmartHuman is a plus.
