ERP & Oracle Developer

We are looking for experienced ERP Developers with strong Oracle expertise to support our client’s enterprise system development, customization, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless business process automation within Oracle ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and extend Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR)
• Design and develop PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions
• Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications and internal tools
• Work on data migration, validation, and reporting using Oracle tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in coordination with business users
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, unit testing, and deployment
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge transfer

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP development and support
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Database
• Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP
• Familiarity with modules like Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.
• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, APEX, or Oracle BI Publisher (preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
• Good communication skills to liaise with functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) is a plus
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, or middleware integration
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Oracle certifications (nice to have)
