We are expanding our digital presence and looking for an Ecommerce & Paid Media Manager to drive online sales and manage our social commerce campaigns.
Role Overview
The Ecommerce & Paid Media Manager will manage our primary ecommerce channel (Shopify) along with social commerce platforms (Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. This role is responsible for driving online revenue, optimizing product listings and storefronts, running paid campaigns, and coordinating marketing efforts across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify storefronts (primary channel) and support BigCommerce as needed
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and product content
- Manage social commerce channels including Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, and TikTok Shop
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers
- Monitor ecommerce analytics and optimize conversion rates
- Ensure accurate inventory sync and product availability across channels
- Implement best practices for SEO, product discovery, and merchandising
- Track and report on key KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and revenue
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years managing ecommerce stores, primarily Shopify
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with social commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Shops)
- Strong understanding of product merchandising, conversion optimization, and SEO
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools (Shopify analytics, GA4, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with BigCommerce
- Experience in solar, home improvement, or hardware ecommerce
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
- Experience managing TikTok commerce campaigns
- Knowledge of advanced digital advertising strategies (retargeting, lookalike audiences, dynamic product ads)
