As we continue to scale globally, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing efforts and optimize our digital strategies.
The Role:
We’re looking for a growth-oriented, digital marketing all-rounder with expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO. This contractor role requires a proactive individual who thrives on performance-based challenges and can contribute to Agileday’s growth with innovative, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Expertise: Build and optimize workflows, manage nurture campaigns, build and optimize landing pages and implement lead scoring strategies.
- Digital Advertising: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and ROI.
- SEO Strategy: Execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, ranking, and organic traffic growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, test, and iterate growth campaigns to optimize performance and meet objectives.
- Collaboration: Work across time zones, with some EU hours overlap, to align with our team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including automation, campaign management, and reporting.
- Proven experience managing successful paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- A data-driven, results-oriented approach to marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to cross over with EU hours for meetings and collaboration (EU-based not required).

- Lead Generation: Enhance MQL volume and quality through paid and organic efforts.
- Campaign Optimization: Ensure consistent performance improvements across paid channels.
- SEO Impact: Increase organic visibility and drive traffic growth.
