About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Director across multiple client brands. This role focuses on campaign execution, performance optimisation, and reporting across key digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Director to implement strategy, manage campaigns, and turn marketing data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is confident navigating advertising platforms, understands how campaigns translate into business results, and can execute efficiently with minimal supervision.
This is a part-time remote role (10 hours per week to start) with the potential to expand into a larger engagement as our client portfolio grows.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Implement campaign structures based on strategic direction
- Upload creatives, configure audiences, budgets, and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations
- Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and pixels
- Ensure accurate integration between platforms and websites
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio
- Analyse campaign data and highlight insights that improve performance
- Platform & Account Management
- Assist with digital marketing account setup and ongoing management
- Support campaign launches for multiple client brands
- Maintain accurate tracking and campaign documentation
- Email Marketing Support
- Assist with campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Help with list segmentation, automation, and campaign setup
- Website & Shopify Support (Nice to Have)
- Assist with basic backend website updates
- Support Shopify store maintenance, product uploads, and page updates
- Implement minor front-end updates (e.g. copy changes, simple CSS tweaks)
Must-Have Experience
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google Analytics
- Google Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools)
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Shopify
- Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Pinterest Ads or TikTok Ads
- Basic website editing (Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow)
- Pixel implementation and tracking integrations
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing or paid media
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign structure
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ability to execute campaigns independently from strategic direction
- Highly organised and efficient with task-based workflows
- Strong written English and clear communication
