Role Summary
Own day‑to‑day execution across content, email, social, and landing pages. You’ll review and refine AI‑generated drafts, maintain our brand voice, ship campaigns via GoHighLevel/HubSpot, and keep the growth engine running.

Responsibilities
- AI‑assisted content ops: Review, edit, fact‑check, and publish AI‑generated blogs, emails, social posts, and landing page copy.
- Campaign execution: Build and launch email, nurture, and automation workflows in GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
- Landing pages & forms: Create/iterate pages, forms, and CTAs; set up tracking and conversion goals.
- Social & community: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and surface insights; coordinate with the consultant on calendar and messaging.
- SEO basics: On‑page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content briefs; collaborate on keyword targets.
- Analytics & reporting: Pull weekly metrics (GA4/HubSpot/GHL), highlight wins/risks, and log experiments.
- Quality & governance: Enforce style guide, brand voice, and AI content guardrails (accuracy, disclosure, tone).
- Ops: Maintain assets in a tidy library; own task board cadence (Asana/Notion) and campaign checklists.
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing (in‑house or agency).
- Hands‑on with GoHighLevel and HubSpot (email, lists/segments, workflows, attribution basics).
- Strong copy‑editing and prompt literacy; comfortable shaping AI drafts into publish‑ready content.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GSC, basic SEO, and A/B testing.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and fast at execution.
