This role is primarily for digital marketing but will require content marketing capabilities.
Digital Marketing
SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices into content where applicable to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
Campaign Management: End-to-end management of Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) within Ads Manager, from initial setup to launch and daily optimization.
Audience Targeting: Develop and execute advanced audience targeting strategies, including lookalikes, custom audiences, and interest-based segmentation where possible.
Budget & Bidding: Monitor and manage daily ad spend to ensure campaigns are tracking to key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing of ad creative, ad copy, landing pages,and audience segments to continually enhance campaign performance.
Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data (impressions, CTR, conversions, CPA) to provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Content Marketing & Strategy
Content Creation: Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, website copy, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media posts.
Creative Assets: Develop and write compelling ad copy and creative briefs for static images and video assets.
Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure a consistent stream of valuable content that aligns with product launches and business priorities.
Brand Voice: Ensure all content adheres to the company's or client’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: [3+] years of hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Paid Social role.
Meta Ads Proficiency: Proven expertise in managing complex campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (certifications are a plus).
Exceptional Writing: Superior copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of published written content.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to drive optimization decisions.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect content marketing strategies with paid media execution to achieve a unified business objective.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress, and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and email platforms.
