Wilson Bittencourt, RecruiterWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Marketing freelancer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital ad campaigns for a key client. This role requires a professional who can deliver high-quality results while communicating effectively at both a detailed and executive level.
This is a results-oriented position; we are less focused on the number of hours you work and more on your ability to drive performance. We value initiative, strong communication, and a deep understanding of campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to ensure high-quality results and a strong return on ad spend.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, such as setting up a Conversion API or addressing technical issues.
- Communicate top-level data and key insights to our team and the client in a clear, executive-level manner.
- Collaborate with our team to address any creative needs or strategic adjustments for the campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and are properly aligned with client goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, impactful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
- A proactive and independent mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Native-level or near-native-level English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a variety of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with setting up Conversion APIs and tracking pixels.
- Experience in an agency or client-facing role.
- Flexibility to work within a few hours of the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone.
