The Opportunity

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on developer productivity. You’ll be the catalyst enabling our engineering team to deploy faster, with higher quality and more confidence. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of development and operations — owning the infrastructure, tooling, and systems that power our software delivery pipeline.

What You’ll Do

● Streamline Deployments: Modernize our deploy process to enable faster, safer, and more frequent deployments across environments and teams.
● Build CI/CD Pipelines: Design and implement efficient, scalable continuous integration and delivery pipelines that reduce friction for our development team.
● Automated Testing Infrastructure: Set up and maintain automated test frameworks that run reliably and catch issues early.
● Monitoring & Dashboards: Create monitoring tools and dashboards to improve system observability and ensure performance, reliability, and uptime.
● Test Environment Management: Maintain and improve staging/test servers to better mirror production and support a faster feedback loop.
● Developer Enablement: Build internal tooling and workflows that reduce cognitive load and allow developers to focus on writing and shipping code.
● Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that boost team velocity.

What You Bring

● 3+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering role at a SaaS company
● Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
● Extensive experience with AWS
● Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
● Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration
● Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., SigNoz, Datadog, Grafana)
● Experience building and maintaining automated testing pipelines (unit, integration, end-to-end)
● Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
● A pragmatic mindset: you’re focused on outcomes and developer experience, not just infrastructure purity
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Experience with feature flags and canary deployments
● Experience building and maintaining APIs
● Familiarity with monolithic and microservice architectures
● Background working in small, fast-growing teams
● Previous experience supporting remote-first engineering teams
