Execution-Focused | Remote | Early-Stage AI Infrastructure
About Axior
Axior is building CTN, a protocol-layer infrastructure designed for AI-native developer workflows. We are in the early stages of ecosystem growth and are focused on building visible traction within the open-source and AI developer community.
This role is execution-driven. Strategy, enterprise positioning, and LLM partnerships are handled internally. We are looking for someone who can build momentum at the protocol and community level.
Role Objective
Drive developer traction and ecosystem growth around Axior CTN through hands-on OSS expansion, community engagement, and technical enablement.
This is an execution role - not enterprise sales, not long-cycle partnerships, and not full GTM ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Grow and optimize Axior’s OSS presence (GitHub stars, contributors, forks)
- Launch and maintain wrappers, integrations, and example implementations
- Increase visibility across Hacker News, Reddit, Discord, and dev communities
- Build and engage a technical community around CTN
- Create developer-first content (tutorials, demos, technical explainers)
- Support marketplace adoption and improve developer onboarding
- Gather structured feedback from OSS users and feed insights to product
- Support enterprise inbound with technical demos when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
- High-agency and execution-oriented
- Technically fluent (can read code, understands APIs and infrastructure concepts)
- Comfortable working directly with developers
- Experienced in community-driven growth
- Energized by early-stage environments
- Motivated by ownership and visible impact
You likely:
- Have worked in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or open-source ecosystems
- Have grown a GitHub project, community, or dev-focused product
- Understand how Hacker News, Reddit, and technical communities operate
- Think like a builder — not just a marketer
Experience
- 3–8 years in DevRel, developer growth, OSS, or technical product growth
- Experience scaling early-stage developer-facing products is highly valued
- AI / LLM ecosystem exposure is a strong plus
- Enterprise leadership experience is not required
