About the Role

We are seeking a Figma-Proficient Product Designer to support our design and development team on a part-time basis. This role will support our sales and marketing teams to build assets used as part of our sales process. You will collaborate with our team to create high-quality mockups based on existing designs. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong ability to meet deadlines are key to success in this position.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma: Proven experience creating high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Mockup creation: Ability to develop designs based on reference websites and business requirements.
• Team collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members across time zones.
• Time management: Ability to manage deadlines consistently.
• Basic user testing: Skills to ensure designs align with user expectations and usability standards.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with health tech or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with working in agile environments.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Previous experience working with globally distributed teams.
