Data Integration / BI Technical Specialist - PT - Worldwide

About the project

We are supporting SME clients in structuring, integrating, and leveraging their data (e.g., QuickBooks (accounting software), CRM, ERP, APIs) to build scalable data environments and decision-making dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Connect data from multiple sources:

• QuickBooks (or similar accounting tools)
• CRM systems
• Excel /CSV files
• REST APIs
  Build and maintain data pipelines:
• Extract, transform, load (ETL)
• Automate data flows
• Structure datasets for BI tools
• Troubleshoot data issues (Missing data, API limitations)
  Collaboration:
• Work directly with the founder who is the project lead / business logic
• Support and coach the BI junior analyst in delivering high-impact
• You will help build a scalable data system, not just execute tasks.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with:

• Rest APIs (authentification)
• Data extraction and transformation
• SQL

Programming:

• Python
• Node.js

Experience with:

• ETL tools or custom pipelines
• JSON / data mapping
• n8n or equivalent
• Microsoft Ecosystem (important)
• Understanding of Azure
• Microsoft Fabric
• Power Automate

Soft skills (important)

• Clear communication
• Ability to work autonomously
• Problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment (start-up)
