We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases.
Key expectations:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles with high accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50–60 WPM recommended)
- Good understanding of data confidentiality and security practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in a similar data entry or clerical position is preferred. Candidates with basic knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Access) or ERP systems will have an advantage.
