CTO / TECH LEAD

Role Overview

We are in urgent need of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to conduct a comprehensive review of our app's codebase on GitHub. Your expertise will be critical in identifying existing issues and providing strategic advice on necessary fixes. Following the successful submission of our app to the App Store and Google Play, you will play a pivotal role in assembling a new, US-based team dedicated to maintaining long-term quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the app's codebase on GitHub to identify and document existing issues.
• Provide expert recommendations and strategies to address and resolve identified problems.
• Oversee the app submission process to the App Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements.
• Develop a strategic plan for building and leading a new, US-based development team focused on the app's ongoing quality and scalability.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role within the tech industry.
• Strong expertise in codebase review and problem identification.
• Experience with app development and deployment on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and build a development team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GitHub and other version control systems.
• Experience in building and scaling development teams in a startup environment.
