TUNE Growth runs pipeline and go-to-market through HubSpot. This role owns the CRM as a living system: its structure, its data integrity, its automation, and the reporting that lets the studio and the Board see the pipeline clearly and honestly. You make the CRM something the team trusts and actually uses.
What you will work on
- Owning HubSpot end to end: pipeline architecture, deal and lifecycle stages, properties, and data hygiene.
- Building and maintaining workflows, automation, sequences, and lifecycle journeys.
- Structuring reporting and dashboards that give leadership a clean, honest view of pipeline and activity.
- Partnering with growth and the founders' networks so the system reflects how the studio really sells.
- Holding data integrity and segmentation, and documenting how the system works so it does not live in one head.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrable HubSpot experience across CRM, Sales, or Marketing Hubs; HubSpot certification is a plus.
- A strong grasp of pipeline structure, lifecycle stages, automation, and reporting.
- Comfort with data hygiene, segmentation, and imports and exports at scale.
- Clear communication: you can explain the system to people who do not live inside it.
- Process discipline and a genuine bias for documentation.
Helpful, not essential
- Integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, and Monday.com.
- Light HTML or email build skill, and marketing automation experience.
- Revenue operations exposure.
