Role Overview

Join our team as a Technical Content Writer, where your strong developer and engineering background will be pivotal. You will craft engaging and informative content that resonates with our developer‑first audience, including blogs, code snippets, and comprehensive guides.

The company is a Series A startup (est. 2019, 22 employees) focused on developer experience, offering products in Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Certificate Management/PKI. Its business model combines an enterprise product with a free‑forever tier and a self‑service “pro” program.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, engaging blog posts that cater to developers and engineers.
• Develop accurate and useful code snippets for our audience.
• Write clear and concise guides that help developers understand and utilize our products effectively.
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the company’s website and knowledge base, supporting both enterprise and self‑service users.

Required Skills

• Proven background in development or engineering.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in creating technical content such as blogs, guides, and code snippets.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Strong portfolio of technical writing samples (blogs, documentation, guides).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with our developer‑first products and their applications.
• Prior experience in content writing for a technical audience.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
