Content Refresher - PT - WW

Job Title: Content Updater (Part-Time, 10-15 hours per week)

Overview: We are the world’s first Go-to-Market AI platform, distinct from tools like ChatGPT. Rather than acting as a copilot, we build workflows that codify best practices to help teams move faster and more efficiently in creating content. As we ramp up the cadence of our top-of-funnel content, we are seeking a detail-oriented Content Updater to refresh and improve our blog posts that are already gaining traction.

This part-time role (10-15 hours per week) will focus on updating articles ranking between positions 4 and 20 in search results. The goal is to refresh 15 to 20 articles weekly to boost their rankings and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update blog posts identified for content refreshes, focusing on improving the quality, relevance, and SEO of each piece.
• Add or optimize internal links, embed relevant videos from our YouTube channel, and conduct light research as needed to enhance content.
• Use tools provided, including AI content workflows, to assist with content refresh ideas and optimizations.
• Work autonomously to make meaningful improvements to content without relying on detailed instructions.
• Refresh content based on weekly reports provided each Monday, aiming for around 45 minutes per content refresh.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content updating or refreshing, with an understanding of SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete 15-20 content refreshes per week.
• Familiarity with content optimization tools and workflows, including the use of AI tools to enhance content.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with embedding multimedia content such as videos (we use Webflow, so this isn't hard)

What You’ll Get:

• A weekly report will be provided each Monday with a list of articles for refresh, along with performance data from Ahrefs.

What We Expect:

• 15 - 20 article refreshes (using AI is totally OK) to make our high-potential articles better.
