ClickHouse + AI Agent Infrastructure Specialist (Fixed-Scope)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior ClickHouse + AI Agent specialist to build the production intelligence layer for our 40M+ record audience system. This is a fixed-scope project (not ongoing work). You will set up the ClickHouse cluster, CDC pipelines, layered tables with proper governance and deduplication, plus safe read-only MCP tools and Langfuse integration. After delivery, you will hand everything off with documentation to our existing Laravel team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement production ClickHouse infrastructure (cluster, CDC, ReplacingMergeTree deduplication, governance)
• Build safe, read-only MCP tools for AI agents with proper access controls and observability
• Integrate Langfuse for tracing and monitoring of agent interactions
• Create clear documentation and runbooks
• Work with our existing development team during knowledge transfer and handoff

Requirements

• Strong production experience with ClickHouse (CDC, performance tuning, deduplication strategies)
• Experience building AI Agent infrastructure (MCP tools, agent orchestration, safe database access patterns)
• Familiarity with Langfuse or similar observability/tracing tools for agents
• Ability to work in a hybrid model — deliver the foundation and enable an existing team to take over
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills

• Experience integrating with Laravel
• Previous work on large-scale audience or lead systems (40M+ records)
