We’re in a high-growth phase and looking for our first in-house sales hire—a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a key role in building our outbound sales strategy from the ground up. This is a huge opportunity for someone who wants to shape the sales process, grow with the company, and make a direct impact.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic SDR to generate and qualify leads, build a sales pipeline, and develop a structured sales process that supports our expansion.
You'll work closely with the founder to refine messaging, identify ideal prospects, and develop a full-cycle outbound sales strategy targeting high-growth business owners.

What We’re Looking For
· 1+ year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B, US-based focused).
· Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting—you should be confident in identifying and engaging decision-makers.
· Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Ability to lead and hold conversations in a personal yet professional manner—this is high-level selling, not script-reading.
· Highly organized—able to manage multiple leads, track follow-ups, and stay on top of outreach efforts.
· Proactive and data-driven—always testing, iterating, and improving the approach based on what works.
· Comfortable handling rejection and adjusting strategies to improve results.
· Bonus: Understanding of financial and operational bottlenecks is a plus (but we can teach this).
