The role involves providing both visual directions (images, layouts, etc) and language tones, but also copywriting that maximizes the CRO. The goal is to enhance the emotional connection with the target audience with its storytelling while maintaining its premium brand positioning.

They aim to refine their digital presence and improve conversion rates by enhancing the brand's emotional and luxury appeal. They are looking to attract more loyal customers from their niche market.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Audit the current website for tone, flow, hierarchy, and emotional impact.
- Rebuild and enhance emotional messaging across the website.
- Define and elevate the luxury tone of voice and narrative direction.
- Craft key message pillars focusing on Japanese craftsmanship, petite empowerment, and modern workwear.
- Conceptually redesign homepage storytelling and recommend improvements to PDP structure and category flow (focusing on CRO best practices).
- Optimize the customer journey to reinforce luxury cues and reduce friction.
- Provide direction for photography and visual cues, ensuring a cohesive luxury digital presence.
- Develop a brand voice guide and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Required Experience
- Experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle branding.
- Strong background in brand strategy, UX storytelling, and CRO.
- Proven ability to enhance a brand’s luxury emotional presence online.
- Experience with Shopify, PDP/PLP strategy, and premium conversion principles.
- Portfolio showcasing the elevation of brand tone and digital experience.
- Obsession with brand consistency and emotional resonance.
- Creative yet deeply strategic approach.
