Develop and refine the brand identity, tone, and visual language
Oversee creation of:
New brand-aligned website (DTC + Amazon pages)
Product packaging & inserts
Social media identity & content direction
Digital & print catalogs
Execute light design, content, or coordination work yourself when needed
Source, vet, and manage a small team of cost-effective overseas creatives
Maintain high visual and brand quality control
Collaborate directly with company leadership to align marketing with growth goals

A hands-on brand builder with at least 5 years of experience
Someone who’s executed and managed brand work, not just directed it
Comfortable juggling strategy and execution
Known for good taste, creative judgment, and follow-through
Strong in creative direction, content development, packaging, and storytelling
Comfortable working independently, yet thrive on collaboration
Organized, deadline-driven, and results-focused
