Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Beckhoff TwinCat 3 PLC Developer to update and enhance our existing PLC code. Your primary focus will be on re-establishing the connection of an Ethernet device that has been disconnected for some time, ensuring our lab equipment operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and update the existing Beckhoff TwinCat 3 structured text PLC code to restore the Ethernet device connection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the disconnection and ensure seamless operation of lab equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to understand equipment requirements and implement necessary code adjustments.
- Test and validate the updated code to ensure reliability and performance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Beckhoff TwinCat 3 and structured text programming.
- Experience with Ethernet device connections and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with lab equipment operations and maintenance.
- Experience working within the Eastern Time Zone or availability to coordinate with team members in this region.
