About the Project:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to migrate an existing Python-based web scraping package to a Node.js NPM package. This is a time-sensitive project requiring a quick turnaround within 2-3 weeks. The package interfaces with the Chrome DevTools Protocol, and in-depth knowledge of both Python and Node.js is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate the existing Python web scraping package to a Node.js NPM package.
• Ensure compatibility with the Chrome DevTools Protocol.
• Collaborate with the team to meet functionality requirements within the tight deadline.
• Deliver clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in building Python modules and NPM packages.
• Proficient understanding of Chrome DevTools Protocol for low-level interactions.
• Demonstrated expertise in web scraping with advanced protocol knowledge.
• Experience publishing NPM packages (GitHub repository or portfolio links preferred).
• Ability to work full-time (50+ hours per week) and deliver results within 2-3 weeks.
