Role Overview

We seek a skilled Backend Developer to architect and implement a robust back-end for our mobile app. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing APIs and ensuring seamless functionality for key features.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a robust back-end for the mobile app.
• Develop APIs using Node.js and Express to support app functionality.
• Integrate and manage databases, specifically MongoDB or Postgres.
• Leverage AWS to create a scalable backend infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless functionality for key features such as subscriptions and check-ins.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and UX designers to ensure cohesive integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express for API development.
• Experience with database management using MongoDB or Postgres.
• Familiarity with AWS for building scalable backend solutions.
• Mobile app backend development experience

Nice to Have

• Experience working in collaborative environments with front-end developers and UX designers.
• Experience with hybrid app environments (React Native integration)
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and geolocation services
