Backend and Full-Stack Developer - AI-Driven Offline Platform WW-PT

Role Overview

Join our team as an experienced Full-Stack Developer to create a secure, AI-powered platform designed for offline field operations and integrated AI phone services. You will be instrumental in developing a platform that seamlessly integrates with a third-party no-code database, supporting various modules with an initial focus on an AI-assisted builder.

Responsibilities

• Develop an offline-first mobile and desktop application with features such as local storage, background synchronization, conflict resolution, and attachment management.
• Build an AI proposal generation engine capable of transforming structured prompts into narrative content, with export options to PDF and Word, and maintaining version history.
• Create a multi-tenant admin backend that includes tenant licensing, template management, an AI prompt library, and usage logging.
• Integrate AI phone services to set up voice agents, manage call routing, transcription, and AI-driven response handling.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js (preferred) or Python.
• Experience with React, React Native, or Flutter.
• Expertise in offline-first architecture using SQLite, IndexedDB, or Hive.
• Strong skills in REST API development.
• Experience with LLM integration, particularly with OpenAI API (GPT-4+).
• Ability to generate PDFs/DOCX using tools like Puppeteer, Playwright, or pdf-lib.
• Understanding of multi-tenant application architecture.
• Knowledge of secure token management and encryption.
• Familiarity with AI voice/phone service platforms such as Twilio, Bland.ai, Vapi, Retell AI, or similar.
• Skills in speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration using technologies like Whisper, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram.
• Competence in webhook handling and real-time call event processing.
• Experience with file upload handling and external API integration.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with no-code platform APIs such as Knack, Airtable, or Bubble.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket or Git workflow.
• Background in field service or inspection software.
