Juliana Torrisi, RecruiteriRelo builds high-performance lead generation websites for the auto transport and relocation industry. We run paid search at scale and need fast, conversion-optimized landing experiences that connect to our lead distribution backend.
We're looking for a part-time contract engineer (20 hrs/week) to own front-end builds and API integrations across multiple lead gen projects. The stack is consistent across projects — once you're up to speed, you'll move fast.
What you'll build:
- Landing pages and multi-step lead capture flows optimized for paid search (Google/Meta)
- Astro sites with React islands for interactive components
- Integrations with our lead distribution API (submitting, routing, and confirming leads)
- CMS-driven content via Sanity (schema design, queries, editorial workflows)
- Supabase for form state, lead storage, and lightweight auth where needed
- Performance tuning — Core Web Vitals matter, these pages run on ad spend
Stack / Skills:
- Astro 6 (SSR, Node adapter)
- React 19 + TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS v4 + shadcn/ui
- Sanity v5 (schema design, GROQ queries)
- Supabase (auth, database, RLS)
- REST API integration (existing backend + lead distribution APIs)
- Git, Vercel or similar deployment
- Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance optimization
- Fully remote
- Pacific Time (PT) required — must be available for overlap during PT business hours
- US-based preferred, but open to candidates in PT-compatible timezones (e.g., PDT/PST, MDT/MST)
You're a fit if:
- You've shipped Astro or Next.js sites in production (Astro preferred, Next.js transfers fine)
- You're comfortable with TypeScript and React day-to-day
- You've integrated external REST APIs — not just fetch calls, but error handling, retries, validation
- You understand why landing page performance matters and know how to measure it
- You work well async, communicate proactively, and don't need heavy supervision
You're not a fit if:
- You need a lot of hand-holding on the stack
- You've only worked on internal tools or SaaS dashboards — these are public-facing, conversion-critical pages
- You're looking for full-time work
Engagement:
- 20 hrs/week, 3-6 months to start ---> ongoing contract
- Fully remote, async-friendly
- Project-based with consistent retainer as we scale
