Artificial Intelligence Governance Agent Developer

Role Overview

Join us in a groundbreaking project to develop an Artificial Intelligence Governance Agent. This opportunity involves creating a sophisticated agentic plugin designed to impose compliance guardrails on host LLMs, agentic AI, and AGI. The project focuses on ensuring privacy, output quality, and safety through adherence to regional governance policies and regulations, such as the EU AI Act, US-based NIST, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop an agentic plugin (or other option) that integrates compliance guardrails for AI models, ensuring adherence to privacy, output quality, and safety standards.
• The agent should be able to audit and output reports on compliance characteristics, framed around regulatory and accountability needs.
• Implement libraries that invoke regulatory frameworks, either developing libraries in-house (with our legal experts) , or set up to call libraries that will we commision others to develop.
• Ensure seamless deployment and integration of the plugin with existing AI and ML model interfaces, such as ChatGPT.
• Itengrate python quantum ready code

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with ML/AI model construction and deployment.
• Proficiency in developing Python libraries, following Pythonic best practices.
• Experience building in mechanisms to generate reports that can compare what the agent finds with the requirems of N called libraries.
• Ability to work with quantum forward Python, leveraging Qiskit and Cirq.

Nice to Have

• Experience with coding assistants that can accelerate your work.
• Familiarity with implementing compliance solutions in AI/ML interfaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external teams for regulatory library integration.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and their application in AI governance.
