Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative App Developer to join our team at FLŌRA.fem, a pioneering platform focused on advancing women's health. Our mission is to develop an app that provides a comprehensive, individualized diagnostic lens to correlate cycle symptoms with overall health, a solution that current wearables and apps fail to offer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to design and develop an app that accurately tracks and correlates women's gut health, skin, mood, sleep, and weight with their hormonal cycle.
• Innovate new ways to measure symptoms that existing wearables cannot capture.
• Develop features that provide personalized, intelligent insights beyond generic advice.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the app meets user needs and provides value.

Required Skills

• Experience in mobile app development with a focus on health and wellness applications.
• Strong understanding of data integration and user experience design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, including non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Background in healthcare technology or women's health.
• Familiarity with biometric data and its application in app development.
