Api Integration Specialist

Role Overview

Join our UK-based business finance brokerage as an API Integration Specialist. Your primary objective will be to connect our CRM system, Pipedrive, with Funding Circle's API, facilitating the seamless submission of proposals directly from our CRM. This integration aims to streamline our workflow and enhance our client service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust integration between Pipedrive and Funding Circle's API to enable direct proposal submissions.
• Customize and adapt Pipedrive fields as necessary to support the integration process.
• Evaluate and potentially integrate a Companies House API into Pipedrive, leveraging existing integration experience from our website.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment and functionality of the integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API connectivity and data transfer.
• Scope for more lenders to be added

Required Skills

• Proven experience with API integration, particularly with CRM systems like Pipedrive.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and practices.
• Proficiency in adapting and customizing CRM fields to meet integration requirements.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs such as Funding Circle's and Companies House.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with business finance or brokerage systems.
